Job summary

International Immigration and Business Consulting seeks an experienced Team Lead/Technical Lead to drive QA strategy across functional and non-functional testing. You will mentor testers, design testplans, and coordinate with development teams to ensure quality releases.

The role requires 7–10 years in software testing, strong Selenium automation skills, test planning capability, and the ability to challenge business analysts. Based in Bengaluru, the position is full-time and on-site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science/Engineering with experience of 7 to 10 years in Software Testing.
• Conversant with devising testcases from Software Requirements Specification is a must.
• Exposure to different testing methodologies is essential.
• Experience in manual, automation and performance testing.
• Ability to quickly learn and become proficient with complex applications, understanding the interaction with upstream/downstream applications and the overall system.
• Must be self-leading and self-motivated.
• Ability to think and challenge Business Analysts and developers by asking relevant questions.
• Must have strong testplanning skills for complex applications.
