Trackmind Solutions, LLC. is seeking a detail-oriented QA Engineer with 1–3 years of experience in Manual and Functional Testing to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our applications.

The candidate will participate in test case preparation, execution, and defect reporting. You will collaborate with developers in an Agile environment, perform smoke, regression, and integration testing, and support basic API testing and data validation.

Formación

• 1–3 years of hands‑on experience in Manual Testing.
• Good understanding of Functional Testing concepts and methodologies.
• Experience in preparing and executing test cases and test scenarios.
• Knowledge of Smoke, Sanity, Regression, Integration, and System Testing.
• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
• Experience in defect reporting, tracking, and management using JIRA or similar tools.
• Ability to analyze requirements and identify potential defects, gaps, and edge cases.
• Good understanding of bug life cycle and defect management processes.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain test documentation and ensure adequate test coverage.
• Support basic API testing and database validation wherever required.
• Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and contribute to continuous quality improvement.

The candidate should possess good analytical and logical‑thinking skills, a strong understanding of software testing concepts, and the ability to collaborate effectively with developers and other team members in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze functional requirements and understand application workflows.
