Job summary

Ascendion in India seeks a senior Software Testing/QA professional with 5+ years of hands-on experience. You will drive Salesforce testing across CRM functionality, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud to ensure robust test coverage and high-quality releases.

The role requires API testing with Postman, REST/SOAP web services, SOQL data validation, and strong defect management using JIRA or Azure DevOps within Agile/Scrum environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Software Testing / QA.
• Strong hands-on Salesforce testing experience across CRM, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Experience with API testing, Postman, and web services (REST/SOAP).
• Proficient in SOQL data validation and defect management tools (JIRA/Azure DevOps).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, and SDLC/STLC processes.
