Job summary

WLEN WorldJobs LLP is seeking a Senior QA Architect to own the testing strategy across our product suite. You will collaborate with product development, QA, and PM teams to drive quality and scale testing across ERP, POS, and domain-specific systems.

The ideal candidate has 12–15 years of IT QA experience in B2B SaaS/microservices, strong leadership, and hands-on automation framework design, including CI/CD integrations.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of IT experience in QA / Testing.
• End-to-end testing strategy ownership for product platforms.
• 7+ years leading QA in B2B SaaS/microservices environments.
• Hands-on testing across Manual, Automation, Performance, and Security.
• CI/CD integration of automated tests (Azure DevOps/Jenkins/GitHub Actions).
• Strong domain knowledge ERP/POS/OMS.
• Based in Gurgaon or nearby locations.
• Robot Framework experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define testing strategy for G1 suite of products across ERP, POS, Zwing, Browntape, Reporting.
• Lead end-to-end test execution across manual, automation, performance, and security domains.
• Design and implement test automation frameworks—selection, guidelines, metrics, CI/CD integration.
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, DevOps to integrate quality measures into the pipeline, from sprint backlog to release.
• Foster quality culture via QA guilds, retrospectives, cross functional workshops, knowledge sharing.
• Establish quality KPIs (e.g., defect leakage, automation coverage, test pass rates) and report to CTO and Leadership.
• Monitor and improve test effectiveness with metrics, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
• Mentor QA engineers—upskill for best practices, tooling, automation techniques.
• Ensure compliance and readiness for external audits, regulatory requirements and production rollouts.

Role & Responsibilities

Ideal Candidate

• B.E. / B Tech from a reputed institute with 12–15 years of experience
• 7+ years of leading testing programs in B2B SaaS/microservices environments.
• Strong domain knowledge across ERP/POS/OMS/domainspecific systems.
• Skilled in performance/security testing tools (JMeter, Locust, OWASP ZAP).
• Familiarity with CI/CD platforms (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Proven ability to build strong collaboratives across QA, PM, and engineering.
• Direct experience with quality metrics and organisational improvement initiatives.
• Excellent communication—able to translate strategic vision into actionable roadmaps.

Mandatory

• Strong QA Leadership / Test Manager / QA Architect Profiles.
• Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 12+ years of overall IT experience in Quality Assurance / Testing roles.
• Mandatory (Experience 2) : Must have experience owning end-to-end testing strategy for product platforms, covering Manual, Automation, Performance, and Security testing
• Mandatory (Experience 3): Must have 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS preferably working in microservices-driven environments in testing
• Mandatory (Experience 4): Must have 3+ years of leadership experience managing 5-6 members in QA / Testing teams.
• Mandatory (Experience 5): Must have hands-on experience designing and implementing test automation frameworks. (Robot Framework experience is highly preferred)
• Mandatory (Experience 6): Must have hands-on exposure to CI/CD integration of automated tests using tools such as Azure DevOps / Jenkins / GitHub Actions
• Mandatory (Experience 7): Must have experience in at least one of the following domains: ERP / POS / OMS (any one is mandatory; ERP is a strong plus)
• Mandatory (Location) : Candidates must be based in Gurgaon or nearby locations

Preferred

• Preferred (Experience): Candidates who have worked on products from scratch and have seen the entire SDLC end-to-end (requirement → development → testing → release → production) are preferred.
• Preferred (Certification) : QA certifications such as ISTQB, CQM, or equivalent are a plus.
