Job summary

The Indus Valley, Bangalore-based fast-growing D2C healthy cookware brand, is seeking a Q-Commerce Assistant Manager/Manager to drive growth across Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart and other channels. This role focuses on sales, profitability, and market share through strategic assortment, pricing, and promotions.

You will own platform performance, coordinate with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance, and identify opportunities from data trends to reduce stockouts

Qualifications

• 4-9 years of experience in Q-Commerce, E-Commerce, Marketplace, Key Account Management, or D2C.
• Hands-on experience with platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket, etc.
• Strong understanding of Q-Commerce metrics and platform operations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets and data interpretation skills.
• Good communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive Q-Commerce sales, revenue, and profitability across platforms.
• Manage platform relationships and coordinate with key account/category teams.
• Plan and execute assortment, pricing, promotions, and visibility strategies.
• Monitor daily/weekly sales, inventory, fill rates, availability, and platform performance.
• Drive GMV, orders, conversion, AOV, and market share growth.
• Identify growth opportunities through platform data, customer trends, and competitor analysis.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Finance, and Category teams for smooth execution.
• Manage platform campaigns, deals, sponsored placements, and promotional calendars.
• Track performance metrics and prepare regular business reviews and actionable insights.
• Ensure strong product availability and minimize OOS and lost sales.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve ROI and contribution margins.
