Job summary

The Indus Valley in Bangalore is seeking a Senior Associate Quick Commerce to manage and grow brand presence on leading Quick Commerce platforms. You will handle sales, catalogue management, inventory, promotions and revenue growth across Blinkit, Zepto and Swiggy Instamart.

Ideal candidates bring 3–6 years in e-commerce or marketplace ops, hands-on platform experience, strong analytics, and excellent Excel/Sheets skills. This is a full-time on-site role in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in Quick Commerce, e-commerce or marketplace operations.
• Hands-on experience with Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart or similar.
• Strong understanding of Quick Commerce metrics and online sales.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in a startup setting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations across Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart and others.
• Track and drive sales, revenue, orders, conversion and growth across platforms.
• Manage product listings, catalogue, pricing, offers and visibility.
• Monitor inventory, fill rates and stock-outs across dark stores.
• Coordinate with platform account managers and internal teams.
• Analyse performance and identify opportunities to improve sales and profitability.
• Support promotional campaigns and platform-specific growth initiatives.
• Prepare reports and dashboards covering sales, inventory and KPIs.
• Track competitors, pricing and assortment to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance and E-commerce teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations across Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart and other Quick Commerce platforms.
• Track and drive sales, revenue, orders, conversion and growth across platforms.
• Manage product listings, catalogue, pricing, offers, promotions and visibility.
• Monitor inventory, availability, fill rates and stock-outs across dark stores.
• Coordinate with platform account managers and internal teams for smooth operations.
• Analyse platform performance and identify opportunities to improve sales and profitability.
• Support promotional campaigns and platform-specific growth initiatives.
• Prepare regular reports and dashboards covering sales, inventory and key performance metrics.
• Track competitors, pricing and assortment to identify market opportunities.
• Work closely with Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance and E-commerce teams.

Candidate Profile

• 36 years of experience in Quick Commerce, E-commerce or Marketplace operations.
• Hands-on experience with platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart or similar.
• Strong understanding of Quick Commerce metrics, marketplace operations and online sales.
• Good analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Strong communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven startup environment.
