Job summary

Durus Consulting in Chennai, India seeks a senior Python/GenAI architect to lead the development of scalable GenAI applications. You will design RAG pipelines, chatbots, and multi-agent architectures, working with LangChain, LangGraph, and Google ADK.

The role requires extensive experience with FastAPI, async programming, and databases like PostgreSQL/Oracle, plus Docker and OpenShift for deployment. You will guide technical teams through the full SDLC in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Python/software development with strong GenAI exposure.
• Advanced Python programming and Python internals.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI, RAG, Agentic AI and Multi-Agent systems.
• Experience with LangChain / LangGraph / Google ADK.
• Strong experience with FastAPI and asynchronous programming (asyncio).
• Experience with PostgreSQL/Oracle, SQL, and SQLAlchemy.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes and OpenShift.
• Experience in CI/CD and cloud-native application deployment.
• Strong understanding of software architecture and design principles.

Responsibilities

• Work with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and Google ADK.

• Apply advanced Python concepts, including async programming and asyncio.
• Develop high-performance APIs using FastAPI and integrate with relational databases.
• Work with PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL, and SQLAlchemy/ORM technologies.
• Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
• Design and manage CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native deployment practices.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor engineering teams, and ensure adherence to software design principles and best practices.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders throughout the complete SDLC.
