Job summary

NR Consulting is seeking a skilled Python-focused engineer to design, develop, and lead full-stack and AI-GenAI projects in Pune. You will create scalable REST APIs and responsive React front-ends, while building and optimizing RAG pipelines and vector search capabilities.

You will design robust authentication mechanisms, manage data ingestion pipelines, and mentor teammates. Expect collaboration on architecture decisions and cutting-edge AI workflows.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Python and modern web stacks; builds scalable AI-enabled apps.
• Experience with REST APIs, authentication, and data pipelines for structured/unstructured data.
• Strong knowledge of GenAI tooling, LLM integration, and vector databases.

Responsibilities
