Job summary

Tranzeal is seeking a senior GenAI engineer to lead architecture and mentoring across GenAI projects. The role focuses on Python/GenAI development, ML integration, and building enterprise-grade applications with FastAPI on OpenShift.

You will implement LangChain/LangGraph or Google's ADK, optimize RAG systems, and work with vector databases like pgvector. Strong asyncio and database/ORM experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in Python/GenAI development and leadership in agile environments.
• Design and architecture of scalable GenAI applications using Python, FastAPI on OpenShift.
• Hands-on GenAI development with LangChain, LangGraph, or Google's ADK; experience with RAG systems and vector DBs (pgvector).
• Advanced Python skills including asyncio and deep understanding of Python internals.
• Data & Web frameworks experience with FastAPI, PostgreSQL/Oracle, and ORM (SQLAlchemy).
• DevOps and Cloud Native practices: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of Software Design Principles; Java knowledge is valued.

Job Description

• Experience & Strategic Leadership:12+ years of progressive experience in Python/GenAI development, demonstrating a proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. Possesses a strong understanding of the entire software development lifecycle, best practices, and agile methodologies.
• GenAI Solution Architecture:Leads the design and architecture of scalable, resilient, and performant enterprise-grade GenAI applications using Python, FastAPI, and related technologies on platforms like OpenShift.
• Deep AI/ML & GenAI Proficiency:Proven hands-on experience in designing and developing GenAI applications using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or Google's Agent Development Kit (ADK). Extensive knowledge and practical experience in building and optimizing RAG systems, chatbots, and multi-agent architectures, coupled with familiarity with vector databases (e.g., pgvector, Pinecone).
• Advanced Python Expertise:In-depth knowledge of Python internals and advanced language features, including profound understanding and practical application of asynchronous programming (e.g.,asyncio).
• Data & Web Frameworks:Hands-on experience with FastAPI for building high-performance APIs, excellent knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle), SQL, and ORM technologies (e.g., SQLAlchemy).
• DevOps & Cloud Native:Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and deploying applications on OpenShift or similar Kubernetes-based platforms, alongside experience in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines.
