Job summary

Straive seeks an experienced Senior Python AI Developer to join its backend engineering team in India. You will design, build, and deploy scalable APIs using Core Python and modern web frameworks, focusing on GenAI and Agentic AI solutions.

Lead LLM-driven workflows with LangChain and LangGraph, collaborate across teams, and deliver production-ready AI-powered applications while adhering to best practices.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional software engineering in Python.
• Strong design and implementation experience with Generative AI and autonomous AI agents.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain and LangGraph for orchestrating LLM workflows.
• Proficient in building APIs and full-stack web apps using FastAPI, Flask or Django.
• Solid data handling and ML basics with Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy.

Responsibilities

Primary Skills (Required):

• Core Python: 4+ years of professional software engineering experience with deep expertise in Python.
• AI Solutions (GenAI & Agentic AI): Proven experience designing and implementing Generative AI applications and autonomous AI agents.
• AI Frameworks: Extensive hands-on experience with LangChain and LangGraph for orchestrating LLM workflows.
• Web Frameworks: Strong proficiency in building APIs and full-stack web applications using FastAPI, Flask, and Django.
• Data Science Ecosystem: Core expertise in data handling and machine learning, with hands-on use of Scikit-learn, Pandas, and NumPy.
