About Position:

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Java Architect with 10 to 12 years of software engineering experience to join our core product team. While this role spans the full stack, the primary focus is on backend architecture, enterprise integrations, and scalable microservices development. You will play a pivotal role in designing, building, and scaling the backbone of a modern integration platform that enables seamless data exchange, low latency automated workflows, and embedded integrations across enterprise systems such as Salesforce, Workday, SAP, AWS, and other cloud applications.

What You'll Do:

• Design and architect scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications using Java-based technologies.
• Define and implement microservices architecture patterns for large-scale distributed systems.
• Build and manage robust API ecosystems, integration frameworks, and event-driven architectures.
• Develop backend services responsible for real-time data processing, workflow orchestration, and system interoperability.
• Architect and optimize integrations with enterprise platforms including Salesforce, Workday, SAP, AWS, and other third-party systems.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineering teams, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Drive technical design reviews, architectural governance, and engineering best practices across teams.
• Ensure application performance, reliability, scalability, and security across cloud-native deployments.
• Guide development teams through design, implementation, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
• Establish coding standards, design principles, and architecture guidelines.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to technical leadership within the organization.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to platform architecture and engineering practices.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Extensive experience designing and developing enterprise-grade backend systems and distributed applications.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and microservices architectures.
• Deep understanding of REST APIs, asynchronous processing, event-driven systems, and integration patterns.
• Experience building highly scalable, fault-tolerant, and low-latency platforms.
• Strong expertise in enterprise system integrations with platforms such as Salesforce, Workday, SAP, AWS, and similar SaaS applications.
• Experience with message brokers and streaming technologies such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or equivalent solutions.
• Strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases, data modeling, and performance optimization.
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
• Hands-on experience working with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
• Strong understanding of security, authentication, authorization, and API governance best practices.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automated deployment frameworks.
• Familiarity with modern front-end technologies such as React, Angular, or similar frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and architectural decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Proven experience leading engineering teams, mentoring developers, and driving technical excellence.
