The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on experience in Python, Fast API, Django, and AWS, along with exposure to AI/ML technologies and modern cloud‑native architectures. This role involves designing, developing, and deploying secure, high‑performance solutions for healthcare platforms while ensuring compliance, scalability, and operational excellence.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices using Python and modern frameworks such as Fast API, Flask, and Django.
• Build RESTful and GraphQL APIs to enable secure and efficient data exchange across applications.
• Develop and implement cloud‑native solutions on AWS using services such as EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS, and API Gateway.
• Manage and optimize relational and NoSQL databases for healthcare data processing and storage.
• Design and implement distributed systems and microservices‑based architectures.
• Integrate AI/ML models and AI tools to support predictive analytics, automation, and intelligent decision-making.
• Deploy, monitor, and support applications in cloud environments while ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality software solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical planning activities.
• Follow Agile development practices including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, and iterative delivery cycles.

Expertise You’ll Bring

• 8 to 12 years of experience in software development with strong expertise in Python.
• Hands‑on experience with Fast API, Flask, and Django frameworks.
• Strong experience designing and developing Microservices Architecture and distributed systems.
• Expertise in API development, integration, and management using RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
• Experience working with AWS services including EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS, and API Gateway.
• Strong understanding of cloud‑native application development and deployment.
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL, along with NoSQL databases.
• Knowledge of healthcare standards and regulations including HIPAA, HL7, and FHIR.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and managing source code using GitHub.
• Hands‑on experience with Docker and containerized application deployments.
• Experience working with Kubernetes or other container orchestration platforms.
• Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit‑learn.
• Experience integrating AI tools and machine learning solutions into enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of software design principles, performance optimization, scalability, and security best practices.
• Experience working in Agile environments using Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience in the healthcare domain and developing compliant, secure healthcare solutions is highly preferred.
