Job summary

Elfonze Technologies in Bengaluru seeks a Python Automation Framework Developer to create test artifacts for production software. You will analyze specs, develop test plans and cases, and verify functionality within a defined SDLC.

You will design automation frameworks in Python, leverage Pytest, generate CI reports, and collaborate across teams to ensure software quality. Strong debugging and embedded-system testing background is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical or computer engineering or equivalent.
• 3–6 years of related industry experience in software testing.
• Experience with Test Stack/Robot Framework/AutoIt/NI LabVIEW/Spectron/Pytest.
• Background in system testing with drivers (SPI, I2C, UART) and RTOS/Linux/Android.
• Proficient in debugging tools, emulators and compilers in real-time embedded envs.
• Creative problem-solver able to test and reproduce complex software issues.

Responsibilities

• Own all levels of software testing (system, integration, regression).
• Design and implement automation framework and Python scripts (Pytest).

Candidatewill be responsible for developing test artifacts for production ready softwarefollowing a defined software development process. The candidate(s) must becapable of analysing specifications, developing test plans, test cases andverifying functionality.

• Responsiblefor alllevels of softwaretesting (System, Integration, and Regression )
• Knowledge on all phase of STLC - Test Plan, Test casedesign, Test execution and Test Report generation .
• Detect and track softwaredefects and inconsistencies
• Design and develop automation framework and scripts in python . Experience with Pytest framework would be an advantage.
• Generating test reports fromcontinuous integration/Jenkins/Git
• Collaborate closely with otherteam members and departments

BasicQualifications:
