Job summary

Pharmaceutical Trading and Healthcare Supply Company seeks a Purchase Executive to manage end-to-end procurement of pharma finished goods, raw materials, and related products. You will coordinate cross-functionally with Quality, Logistics, and internal teams, issue RFQs, and drive improvements in sourcing and supplier onboarding.

The role requires 5–7 years in pharma procurement, strong negotiation and ERP experience, and familiarity with global supplier networks.

Qualifications

• Graduate with 5-7 years of procurement experience in Finished Goods, Raw Material, API or pharma-related products.
• Experience in Global Procurement / dealing with international suppliers is a must.
• Sound understanding of pharmaceutical regulations, certifications, and quality requirements.
• Strong negotiation, coordination, and communication skills.

Key Requirements:

• Experience working with ERP systems (Microsoft AX knowledge will be an added advantage).
