Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Engineering (B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical or Civil).
• Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in a Purchase or Procurement role, specifically within manufacturing, agro‑processing, FMCG, pharmaceutical, or engineering setup.
• Strong hands‑on proficiency in ERP software for procurement, inventory tracking, and vendor management, along with advanced MS Excel skills.
• Familiarity with GST/tax regulations and international certification standards compliance.

Responsabilités

• Manage the complete purchasing lifecycle for raw materials, packaging materials, processing machinery spares, lab consumables, and operational supplies.
• Identify, evaluate, onboard, and negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing, quality and timely deliveries, and favorable credit terms.
• Generate and process Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs), monitor stock levels, track material dispatches, and maintain vendor master data in ERP.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering/Maintenance, QA, and R&D to understand specifications, CAPEX/OPEX requirements, and delivery timelines.
• Analyze market trends, commodity price fluctuations, and supplier performance to drive cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality or compliance.

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Sr. Purchase Executive to join our procurement team in Jodhpur. In this role, you will manage end-to-end purchasing operations—ensuring that our herbal processing and Ayurvedic manufacturing facilities have the right materials, packaging, and machinery components at the right time and at the optimal cost. The ideal candidate will combine strong commercial or technical acumen with hands-on expertise in modern ERP systems and a deep appreciation for quality-driven, sustainable supply chains.

Responsibilities:

End-to-End Procurement Management

• Manage the complete purchasing lifecycle for raw materials, export-grade packaging materials, processing machinery spares, lab consumables, and operational supplies required for uninterrupted manufacturing.

Strategic Vendor Development & Negotiation

• Identify, evaluate, onboard, and negotiate with reliable suppliers to secure competitive pricing, uncompromised quality, timely deliveries, and favorable credit terms.
• Build resilient supplier relationships that align with Cultivator’s sustainability, ethical sourcing, and quality benchmarks.

ERP Operations & Inventory Control

• Accurately generate and process Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs), monitor stock levels, track material dispatches, and maintain up-to-date vendor master data within the company’s ERP system.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Production, Engineering/Maintenance, Quality Assurance (QA), and R&D teams to clearly understand technical specifications, CAPEX/OPEX requirements, and delivery timelines.

Cost Optimization & Market Intelligence

• Continuously analyze market trends, commodity/material price fluctuations, and supplier performance metrics to drive cost‑saving initiatives without compromising on strict quality or compliance standards.

Audit Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure all procurement activities adhere strictly to company policies, GST/tax regulations, and international certification standards, maintaining complete and accurate documentation for internal finance teams and external audits.
