You will coordinate with engineering, projects, and operations to execute procurement plans, drive continuous improvement, and manage supplier performance across conveyors, DG sets, and heavy machinery spares.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in Strategic Procurement / Sourcing / Vendor Management.
• B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical or relevant Engineering discipline.
• Strong experience in vendor development, sourcing, negotiation, and procurement planning.
• Good knowledge of cost optimization and supplier performance management.
• Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.

• Manage vendor registration, qualification, onboarding, and development.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop new vendors based on business requirements.

• Prepare and execute procurement plans based on operational and project requirements.
