Job summary

Royal Realtor in Mumbai Suburban is seeking a procurement specialist to manage end-to-end purchasing for real estate projects. You will source, evaluate, negotiate and finalize vendors and suppliers.

You will maintain records of PO, quotations, invoices, work orders, documentation & payment status and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of construction materials, vendors, contractors & site requirements.
• Good negotiation & vendor management skills.
• Manage multiple site and office requirements.
