Job summary

Arsenius Skill Capital is seeking a procurement professional in Mumbai to manage the complete purchase cycle for high-rise residential projects. The role involves RFQ, vendor finalization, negotiations, PO issuance and delivery follow-up, with close coordination with architects, interior designers and site teams.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, cost-control discipline, and the ability to drive procurement for 2–3 projects simultaneously while meeting tight schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing procurement for high-rise residential projects.
• Ability to handle contracts/procurement independently for 2–3 projects while ensuring cost control and adherence to schedules.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage complete purchase cycle: RFQ, vendor finalization, negotiation, PO issuance & delivery follow-up.
• Prepare work specifications, BOQs & tender documents in coordination with Architects, Interior Designers, QS & site teams.
• Conduct site visits & audits.
