Trion Consultancy Services in Chennai seeks an experienced procurement leader to plan and manage buying of food raw materials, Maida ingredients, additives and packaging supplies.

You will ensure supplier compliance with FSSAI, GMP, ISO 22000 and HACCP, negotiate contracts, and implement FIFO/FEFO to maintain quality and timely deliveries.

Ideal for professionals with 10–15 years in food manufacturing purchasing and a strong grip on the end-to-end supply chain.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in purchase/procurement, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
• Experience conducting supplier audits to ensure compliance.
• Knowledge of statutory and regulatory requirements related to food materials.
