Vpam Healthcare is seeking a procurement professional in Mumbai to manage sourcing of RM, PM, and finished goods. You will drive cost reductions through market analysis, supplier negotiation, and robust MIS reporting. Expertise in ERP and Tally will support accurate inventory and reporting processes.

The role focuses on minimizing shortages, reducing lead times, and ensuring precise costing. Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills will aid in regular MIS and PO preparations in a pharma setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in Pharmaceuticals Company in the area of finished product procurements as well as raw materials and packaging materials.
• Knowledge of Tally/ ERP/ PowerPoint/ Excel etc.

Responsabilités

• Keep regularly updated on market dynamics and sourcing of RM/PM and finished products to reduce cost.
• Continually optimise procurement lead time and minimise shortages of products.
• Control inventory of finished goods as well as RM/PM.
• Costing of products and related controls.

Role & responsibilities

Keeping update on regular basis with market dynamics/ Sourcing of RM/PM and Finished products on regular basis to bring down the cost of products .

Continuous efforts in Optimise the Procurement leadtime and minnimization of shortages of products.

Control on Inventory of finished goods as well as rm/pm .

Costing of products and controls .

Knowledge of ERP/ Tally /Excel/ Advance Excel and Power point to Prepare and Manage MIS / Reports / Purchase order Preparations on Regular basis .

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate should have Experience in Pharmaceuticals Company in the Area of Finished product Procurements as well as Raw Materials and Packaging materials .

Knowledge of Tally/ ERP/ Power Points/ Excel etc
