KAAPRO in Surat, India is seeking a procurement professional to identify and onboard reliable suppliers for raw materials and components. The role involves evaluating suppliers on price, quality, capacity, reliability, and compliance, and negotiating pricing, bulk terms, and SLAs with vendors.

You will drive cost-reduction initiatives through supplier consolidation and market trend analysis and oversee PO generation and tracking in ERP systems.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and onboard reliable suppliers for raw materials and parts.
• Evaluate suppliers on price, quality, capacity, reliability, and compliance history.
• Negotiate pricing, bulk terms, payment terms, and SLAs with vendors.
• Drive continuous cost-reduction initiatives via supplier consolidation and market trend analysis.
• Oversee PO generation, approval, dispatch, and tracking in ERP or procurement systems.

• Drive continuous cost-reduction initiatives through supplier consolidation, alternative material sourcing, and market trend analysis.

Purchase Order (PO) Management & Execution

• Oversee the generation, approval, dispatch, and tracking of purchase orders using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or procurement systems.
