• Supplier Selection: Research, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors, suppliers, and service providers.


• Contract Negotiation: Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, delivery schedules, and service level agreements (SLAs).


• Relationship Management: Maintain strategic partnerships with key suppliers and resolve performance or delivery disputes.


• Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, price fluctuations, and supply shifts to anticipate procurement needs.

Procurement & Operations

• Order Processing: Oversee the creation, approval, and issuance of purchase orders (POs) across departments.


• Supply Continuity: Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure on-time delivery and prevent stockouts.


• Quality Assurance: Collaborate with quality control teams to inspect incoming materials and handle returns for defective goods.


• Process Optimization: Streamline purchasing workflows using ERP and procurement software to increase efficiency.

Financial & Inventory Control

• Cost Management: Identify cost-saving opportunities, bulk-purchasing advantages, and value-engineering options to meet budget targets.


• Inventory Alignment: Partner with inventory control to optimize stock levels, minimize carrying costs, and reduce waste.


• Spend Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on key procurement metrics, including cost variance and savings.


• Invoice Reconciliation: Verify billing accuracy with the finance team to ensure timely supplier payments.
