Job summary

Luxelan is seeking a procurement professional in Pune, India to manage end-to-end procurement for materials, furniture, fixtures, finishes, and project-related needs. You will source and negotiate with vendors, coordinate with Design, Project Execution, Estimation and Accounts, and raise POs to ensure timely availability at sites.

• Manage end-to-end procurement of materials, furniture, fixtures, finishes, and project-related requirements.
• Source and develop reliable vendors and negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with Design, Project Execution, Estimation, and Accounts teams for purchase requirements.
• Raise and manage POs, track deliveries, and ensure timely material availability at sites.
• Compare quotations and ensure cost-effective procurement.
• Maintain vendor database, rate contracts, purchase records, and MIS.
• Monitor material quality and resolve quality, shortage, or delivery issues.
• Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Ensure procurement is aligned with project budgets and timelines.
