Job summary

I Care in Coimbatore is seeking a Procurement / Purchase Manager to handle IT hardware procurement, vendor negotiation, and order management for IT services and solutions.

You will coordinate with project and service teams, maintain records, and optimize margins while using MS Excel and ERP systems to drive efficient sourcing and cost control.

Qualifications

• Graduate with 3 to 8 years experience in Purchase/Supply Chain.
• Knowledge of IT products, spare parts & vendor networks preferred.
• Strong negotiation, documentation & MS Excel/ERP

Responsibilities

• Vendor identification & negotiation for IT hardware & spare parts.
• Procurement of IT hardware & accessories.
• Managing purchase orders, quotations & inventory records.
• Coordinating with project & service teams for material requirements.
• Ensuring timely delivery & cost-effective sourcing.
• Maintain procurement records, vendor databases, and purchase documentation.
