Job summary

Lead Hr Services in Chennai is seeking a procurement and supplier coordination specialist to drive RFQ handling, cost estimation, and timely development of components. You will lead techno-commercial negotiations, manage S.O.P readiness for production, and coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include creating schedules, issuing POs, second sourcing for new parts, and maintaining ERP vendor data for accurate MIS reporting.

• New RFQ handeling & tooling cost estimate.
• New development spec meeting and spec finalisation.
• RFQ and component price negotiation with techno commercial negotiations.
• Releasing schedule,creating PO to including increase, decrease for RM including cost breakdown analysis.
• Developing child parts for new development , second sourcing and getting approval.
• Oversee the development process to ensure timely development of components.
• Arrange material as per SOS requirement.
• Enusre SOP (Start of production) readiness
• Prepare MIS data for mothly price increase/decrease, vendor master management in ERP for schedule generation, on time delivery ratings.
• Smooth coordination between supplier and internal departments. Monitor and resolve supplier concerns.
