Job summary

Sakar Robotics in Pune is seeking a proactive Purchase & Inventory Executive to oversee procurement activities and ensure timely material availability for manufacturing and projects.

You will manage sourcing, vendor relations, purchase orders and maintain accurate inventory records, while collaborating with Engineering, Production, Stores and Finance to support efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of procurement processes and vendor relationship management.
• Hands-on experience in inventory planning, stock control, and material availability management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/inventory management systems for procurement, reporting and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, vendor management, purchase orders and timely material procurement.
• Own inventory planning and control by maintaining optimal stock levels and ensuring uninterrupted material availability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Production, Stores, Finance and other stakeholders to support project execution and operational efficiency.
• Maintain accurate procurement and inventory records, generate MIS reports, and drive process compliance and continuous improvement.

Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase & Inventory Executive to manage procurement activities, maintain accurate inventory records, and ensure timely material availability to support seamless manufacturing and project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
