Impact Hr N Km Solutions in Nashik, Maharashtra, seeks a Purchase Trainee to support sourcing of components and materials. You will coordinate with suppliers, assist in creating POs, and help track orders to ensure on-time delivery.

You will work with engineering, production, stores and finance teams to maintain accurate procurement records and ERP entries, gaining entry-level experience in procurement operations.

Formación

• BE background is preferred.
• Industry knowledge in procurement is helpful.
• Familiarity with purchase processes is a plus.

• Assist in sourcing electronic components, equipment, and materials based on project requirements.
• Support vendor identification, quotation collection, and comparative analysis.
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding pricing, delivery schedules, and product specifications.
• Maintain purchase records, vendor databases, and procurement documentation.
• Assist in preparing Purchase Orders (POs) and tracking order status.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, stores, and finance teams for procurement-related activities.
• Monitor inventory levels and support replenishment planning.
• Verify technical specifications of electronic components with engineering teams.
• Prepare procurement reports and maintain accurate records in ERP/MIS systems.
• Support supplier evaluation and vendor performance tracking.
