Job summary

Vokka Perfumes - Perfume Brand in India is seeking a proactive Purchase & Procurement professional to manage day-to-day sourcing for product requirements. You will source raw materials, packaging, finished goods, and coordinate with vendors for quotes, pricing, and timely deliveries.

Ideal candidates have 1–4 years in procurement roles with exposure to FMCG, cosmetics, beauty, fragrance, or consumer goods. You will coordinate with suppliers and manage PO operations to ensure on-time availability

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of experience in Purchase, Procurement, Vendor Management, or Sourcing.
• Experience in FMCG, Cosmetics, Beauty & Personal Care, Perfume/Fragrance, D2C preferred.
• Hands-on experience in vendor coordination, sourcing, quotation comparison, price negotiation, and PO operations.
• Understanding of raw materials, packaging materials, finished products, and supplier management.

Role & responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day purchase and procurement activities for product-related requirements.
• Source and procure raw materials, packaging materials, finished products, and other required items.
• Coordinate with existing and new vendors/suppliers for quotations, pricing, negotiations, and timely deliveries.
• Manage Purchase Orders (POs) and maintain accurate purchase and vendor records.
• Track purchase orders, material availability, inventory requirements, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely availability of required materials and products.

Preferred candidate profile

• 1-4 years of experience in Purchase, Procurement, Vendor Management, or Sourcing roles.
• Candidates with experience in FMCG, Cosmetics, Beauty & Personal Care, Perfume/Fragrance, D2C, Consumer Goods, Wellness, or other product-based companies will be preferred.
• Should have hands-on experience in vendor coordination, market sourcing, quotation comparison, price negotiation, and purchase operations.
• Good understanding of raw materials, packaging materials, finished products, and supplier management.
• Should be comfortable coordinating with vendors and conducting market/vendor research for new sourcing opportunities.
