Job summary

V3 Staffing invites applications for a Purchase Executive in Faridabad. The role requires owning end-to-end procurement of raw materials, packaging and finished goods, ensuring on-time material availability and strong vendor partnerships to support uninterrupted production.

You will raise and track POs, source new vendors, compare quotations, negotiate prices and terms, and coordinate with Stores, Production and Accounts to keep records updated and to drive cost optimization while maintaining

Qualifications

• End-to-end procurement experience across raw materials, packaging and finished goods.
• Vendor development and relationship management.
• Strong negotiation skills with cost optimization focus.
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems for purchase tracking.
• Experience in Beauty, Pharma or FMCG is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Raising and tracking purchase requisitions and POs for raw material, packaging and finished goods.
• Sourcing and qualifying new vendors, and maintaining vendor relationships.
• Collecting quotations and negotiating price, terms and delivery schedules.
• Coordinating with Store and Production to track consumption and avoid shortages.
• Following up on deliveries and resolving quality/quantity issues with vendors.
• Maintaining purchase registers, PO trackers, and vendor records; audit-ready.
• Coordinating with Accounts on invoices, payments and vendor reconciliation.
• Flagging price trends and supply risks to Purchase Head early.

Location: Faridabad

Work Mode: WFO

Shift: General

Notice Period: 0-30 days (Plz don't apply if your notice period is more than 30 days)

NOTE: It is an Individual Contribution role.

What you will actually own

• These are the operating responsibilities that will sit with you:
• End-to-end procurement: handle procurement of raw materials, packaging and finished goods from requirement to delivery.
• Vendor development: identify, develop and manage relationships with vendors for your assigned categories.
• Negotiation & cost optimization: negotiate price and terms firmly to optimize cost without compromising quality or delivery.
• Vendor evaluation: compare quotations and finalize vendors against quality and budget standards.
• Material availability: ensure timely material availability so production and operations are never held up.
• Records & coordination: maintain purchase records and POs, and coordinate closely with Accounts and Store.
• Category ownership: take full ownership of assigned categories and keep the supply chain flowing smoothly.

What the job involves:

• Keeping purchase registers, PO trackers and vendor records updated and audit-ready at all times.
• Coordinating with Accounts on invoices, payments and vendor reconciliation for your categories.
• Flagging price trends, supply risks or vendor issues in assigned categories to the Purchase Head early.

What we are looking for:

• Negotiation & communication: strong negotiation and communication skills to hold vendors to commercial terms.
• Ownership & maturity: a responsible, mature and ownership-driven personality who follows through without being chased.
• Market and vendor knowledge: working knowledge of vendor management and current market pricing.
• Systems fluency: good command over Excel and ERP systems for purchase tracking and records.
• Industry background: procurement experience in Beauty, Pharma or FMCG preferred.
• Category ownership: you are expected to own your assigned categories end to end sourcing, negotiation, purchase order, delivery and records not hand off partway and wait to be chased.

This is not a purely clerical purchasing role. It is an individual contributor role for someone who combines negotiation skill, vendor judgment and steady follow-through on the details that keep supply moving.
