Job summary

Harman Plastic Industries is urgently seeking a Purchase Executive for the Vasai location. The role involves preparing purchase orders, coordinating with vendors, negotiating terms, visiting suppliers, and maintaining inventory levels.

The candidate will also generate purchase reports, review stock, and evaluate supplier quotations to secure best value. Immediate joining preferred for this on-site position in Vasai.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement and vendor management.
• Ability to prepare and process purchase orders.
• Strong negotiation and vendor evaluation skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare P.O.s and ensure timely procurement.
• Coordinate with vendors for orders and deliveries.
• Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers.
• Arrange vendor visits and evaluate supplier capabilities.
• Manage inventory and monitor stock levels.
• Prepare reports on purchasing activities and spend.
• Review stock levels and re-order as needed.
• Evaluate vendor quotations and select best proposals.
