Job summary

Hireclove is seeking a Purchase Executive to drive China sourcing for pharmaceuticals and chemicals in Delhi. The role involves building strong supplier relationships, negotiating terms, and coordinating import documentation to support both domestic and export requirements.

The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years of experience in pharmaceutical/chemical sourcing with a strong track record in China supplier management and regulatory knowledge.

Qualifications

• Source APIs, pharmaceutical intermediates & specialty chemicals from China.
• Develop and manage Chinese suppliers and vendors.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms & delivery schedules.
• Coordinate purchase orders, logistics & import documentation.
• Support domestic and export business requirements.
• Track and reconcile supplier commissions.

Responsibilities
