Job summary

Talent Corner Hr Services is seeking a Procurement Specialist to source LT control panel components and electrical materials for turnkey projects. You will manage supplier relationships, negotiate terms, and ensure timely PO processing.

The role requires ERP and Excel proficiency, a track record in electrical sourcing, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Pune.

Responsibilities

• Procure materials for LT control panel manufacturing and turnkey projects.
• Develop vendors, negotiate pricing, process POs, and assess supplier performance.
• Coordinate with Production, Stores and Planning to align material availability.
• Monitor stock levels and maintain cost-effective procurement records.

Role & responsibilities

• Procurement Management: Source and procure materials for LT Control Panel manufacturing and turnkey electrical projects.
• Vendor & Supply Chain: Handle vendor development, price negotiations, purchase order (PO) processing, and evaluate supplier performance.
• Production Coordination: Partner with Production, Stores, and Planning teams to align material availability with production schedules.
• Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages while maintaining high standards of quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Operations & Reporting: Oversee vendor follow-ups for on-time delivery and maintain precise procurement documentation.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
