Responsibilities

• Execute sourcing for project BOMs and buyout items aligned with schedules and cost targets.
• Float RFQs, prepare comparative cost statements, and negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery with suppliers.
• Raise and process PRs, POs, and manage debit/credit notes as needed.
• Conduct market research to identify suppliers and assess them technically and commercially.
• Expedite orders to ensure on-time delivery and flag shortages or delays.
• Monitor supplier performance and support quarterly quality/delivery assessments.
• Coordinate with Design, Projects, Stores, and Quality to align sourcing with requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships through vendor-development activities.
• Drive digitization and continuous improvement of procurement workflows in the ERP.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure ethical conduct.

• Float RFQs, prepare comparative cost statements, and negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery with suppliers.
• Raise and process purchase requisitions (PR), purchase orders (PO), and manage debit/credit notes as needed.
• Conduct market research to identify and assess potential suppliers, technically and commercially.
• Expedite and follow up on orders to ensure on-time delivery; proactively flag and resolve shortages and delays.
• Monitor supplier performance and support periodic assessments for quality and delivery compliance.
• Coordinate with Design, Projects, Stores, and Quality to align sourcing with requirements and incoming inspection.
• Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships through structured vendor-development activity.
• Drive digitization and continuous improvement of procurement workflows in the ERP.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, documentation, and ethical conduct at all times.
