Job summary

Kirloskar Ebara Pumps is seeking a procurement professional to manage major bought outs for the Pump division, including coordination with planning, QC, and stores. The role involves maintaining vendor relations, generating MIS reports, and handling end-to-end P2P processes.

The candidate will collaborate with Engineering and IT to correct SAP Master data and will support audits by preparing required data from SAP and manual sources. Willingness to work across functions is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement and following up major bought outs for pump division.
• Coordinating with planning for material procurement per CDD.
• Developing customer/vendor relations through interactions/visits.
• Generation of Team MIS reports.
• Handling complete Procure to Pay (P2P) cycle.

Responsibilities

• Vendor portal for document submission to be created in stage gate/tools.
• Coordinate with QC for NCR closures.
• Coordinate with stores for GRN prep and movement of rejected material.
• Correct SAP Material Master with Engineering & IT help.
• Coordinate transport and track materials to factory.
• Generate data for ISO/RKQP audits via SAP and manual processes.

Job description

Role & responsibilities :

• Procurement & follow up of major bought outs for Pump division like Electric Motors, Couplings, Gear Box, LOS, Diesel Engine, Bearing & Bearing guards etc.
• Coordinating with Planning department for material procurement as per CDD
• Developing Customer/Vendor relations by continuous interactions/visits need based
• Generation of Team MIS reports
• Handling complete Procure to Pay Cycle (P2P).
• Vendor Portal for document submission to be created in stage gate / Tools
• Co-ordination with Q.C. dept. for closure of NCRs.
• Co-ordination with stores dept. for GRN preparation & movement of rejection material.
• Correction of SAP MATERIAL MASTER with the help of Engineering & IT dept.
• Transport co-ordination & tracking of material up to factory.
• Generation of various data required for ISO/RKQP audit through SAP system as well as manually.

Preferred candidate profile :

• Helping costing dept. for getting rates/quotations for various items.
• Attending regular workshop / training for knowledge up-gradation on BOC and Pump.
• Suggestions to Engineering department to develop process capabilities.
• Open to work in various functions as per organization need.
