Job summary

Trinadha Reddy Thummuri is seeking a Purchase Manager to oversee end-to-end procurement for façade projects in Hyderabad. You will manage sourcing, supplier evaluation, contract negotiation, and timely delivery of aluminium sections, glass, ACP cladding, hardware, and related materials.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years in purchase/procurement within façade or construction industries, with strong vendor management, cost control, and ERP/Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Mechanical, Civil, or relevant engineering discipline; supply chain qualifications are an advantage.
• 5-8 years of experience in purchase and procurement, preferably in faade, aluminium, glazing, ACP cladding, or construction.
• Strong knowledge of faade materials, vendors, pricing, and procurement processes.
• Proven negotiation, vendor management, cost-control, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, purchase documentation, and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement of façade materials including aluminium sections, glass, ACP sheets, hardware, structural steel, and accessories.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain competitive prices and favorable terms.
• Prepare purchase orders, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely material delivery to project sites.
• Coordinate with project, design, site execution, accounts and stores teams to understand material requirements.
• Monitor material availability, lead times, quality, and procurement schedules.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and subcontractors.
• Compare quotations, conduct cost analysis, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure materials comply with approved specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
• Maintain purchase records, vendor databases, quotations, and procurement reports.
• Handle urgent site requirements and resolve material supply issues.
• Manage inventory planning and prevent shortages or excess stock.
