Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Study tender documents, drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
• Prepare quantity take-offs for faade, glazing, aluminum windows, doors, curtain walls, and cladding.
• Estimate material, labor, and subcontractor costs.
• Obtain quotations from suppliers and vendors.
• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bid proposals.
• Analyze project requirements and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams.
• Prepare tender submissions and technical-commercial proposals.
• Maintain estimation databases and historical cost records.
• Support project handover after award.

Key Responsibilities
