Job summary

Ambetronics Engineers invites applications for a Purchase Engineer (Electronics component) / Purchase Executive in the Purchase Department. The role focuses on understanding technical details of electronics components, vendor development, and strong negotiation skills.

The candidate should have electronics/electrical/instrumentation qualifications with experience in PO/MRN/GRN processes, supplier communication, and ISO documentation.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma/ITI in Electronics, Telecommunication, Electrical or Instrumentation.
• Purchase Order, MRN, GRN handling.
• Purchase planning and budgeting with process head.
• Take quotes from suppliers, compare quotes, negotiate rates, replacement of rejected material.
• Communicate with suppliers on email; procure material per indent from production & project teams.
• Release supplier payments per terms in coordination with accounts.
• Coordinate with store and quality teams on material QC, rejection, MRN, GRN.
• Maintain ISO-related purchase dept documents.

Responsibilities

• Procure electronics, electrical and mechanical components with vendor development.
• Negotiate price, terms and quality with suppliers.
• Ensure timely placement of POs and follow-up deliveries.
• Maintain proper documentation for all purchasing activities.

As a Purchase Engineer, you will be responsible for understanding the technical details of Electronics Components, and Good in vendor Development and required Good Negotiation skills.

Qualification

1) Purchase Order, MRN, GRN

2)Purchase Planning, Purchase Budgeting from process Head of dept.

3) Take Quote From Supplier, Quote Comparison and Negotiate For Rate, Rejection Material Replacement

4) Communicate with Supplier and Vendor on mail, Purchase Material As Per Indent getting from Production & Project Team

5) Release the Supplier Payments as per payment Term coordinating with account Team.

6) Coordinating with Store team and Quality team regarding Material QC, Rejection, MRN and GRN

7) ISO work related purchase dept maintain documents.
