Job summary

Hubris Infra Pvt ltd is seeking a Procurement Executive to manage supplier selection, quotation comparison, and order processing. The role includes negotiating terms, coordinating with stores and finance, and ensuring timely deliveries while maintaining records and adherence to procurement policies.

Ideal candidates will have a commerce/SCM background, 13 years in procurement, strong Excel and ERP/SAP skills, and proven abilities in vendor management and cost control. Immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management.
• 13 years of experience in procurement or purchasing.
• Knowledge of vendor management and price negotiation.
• Experience in purchase order (PO) processing.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/SAP systems.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of inventory management and procurement procedures.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
