Job summary

Somo Media is looking for a strategic individual who will manage multiple publisher accounts and drive revenue growth. You will oversee publisher onboarding, coordinate integration processes, and perform revenue optimization for programmatic performance.

Your role will also include managing ads.txt, ensuring GDPR compliance, and providing performance analysis. Applicants should have extensive experience in the AdTech industry, particularly with Google Ad Manager and programmatic advertising.

Qualifications

• 25 years of Publisher Account Management experience in the AdTech industry.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Google Ad Manager, Programmatic Advertising, Header Bidding, and SSPs.
• Strong analytical mindset to interpret data and maximize publisher yield.

Job description

What You'll Work On

• Manage multiple publisher accounts and drive revenue growth
• Oversee publisher onboarding and coordinate end-to-end integration processes
• Perform continuous revenue optimization for programmatic performance
• Manage ads.txt/app-ads.txt implementation, GDPR privacy compliance, and IVT (Invalid Traffic) mitigation
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare optimization reports
• Collaborate across Ad Operations, Product, and Sales teams on monetization projects
  

Skills We're Looking For

• Experience: 25 years of Publisher Account Management experience in the AdTech industry
• AdTech Knowledge: Strong hands-on knowledge of GAM (Google Ad Manager), Programmatic Advertising, Header Bidding, and SSPs
• Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and AdTech reporting tools
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset to interpret data and maximize publisher yield
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Bonus If You Have

• Experience with Prebid-based monetization solutions
• Proficiency in data analysis platforms like GA4, Looker Studio, or Power BI
• Familiarity with mobile app, video, and CTV monetization ecosystems
• Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills
