Responsibilities

• Manage public relations activities and communication initiatives for the hospital.
• Build and maintain relationships with patients, attendants, visitors, and external stakeholders.
• Address patient and visitor concerns and coordinate appropriate resolutions.
• Coordinate with hospital departments to resolve service-related grievances.
• Support hospital communication, promotional, and outreach activities.
• Prepare press releases, announcements, newsletters, and other communication materials.
• Coordinate with media representatives for approved hospital communications.
• Organize press conferences, public events, health camps, seminars, and awareness programs.
• Promote hospital services, specialties, facilities, and community-health initiatives.
• Develop relationships with corporate organizations, community groups, and referral networks.
• Support patient feedback and satisfaction programs.
• Monitor public feedback and identify potential reputation-related concerns.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns and promotional activities.
• Maintain records of PR activities, media interactions, events, and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure all external communication follows hospital policies and authorization procedures.
• Support crisis communication activities under senior management guidance.
• Assist in preparing presentations, brochures, hospital profiles, and informational content.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and organizational information.
• Participate in quality-improvement and patient-experience initiatives.
• Prepare periodic PR and stakeholder-engagement reports.
• Perform additional duties assigned by the Public Relations/Marketing Manager.
