Role Description

The Public Relations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for developing and executing PR strategies that enhance Ocean Multivision’s brand reputation and visibility. Day-to-day tasks include drafting press releases, media pitches, and thought leadership content; building and maintaining relationships with journalists, influencers, and industry stakeholders; and coordinating interviews, events, and press conferences. The role involves monitoring media coverage, managing the company’s public image across online and offline channels, and proactively identifying storytelling opportunities aligned with business goals. The Public Relations Manager will collaborate closely with branding, marketing, and leadership teams to ensure consistent messaging, manage crisis communication when needed, and report on PR performance and impact.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in media relations, press release writing, and drafting pitches for print, digital, and broadcast outlets.
• Experience in PR strategy development, campaign planning, and managing brand reputation across multiple channels.
• Proficiency in content creation for public communications, including speeches, articles, and thought leadership pieces.
• Ability to monitor media trends, track coverage, and analyze PR performance using relevant tools and metrics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences.
• Proven experience managing events, press briefings, and stakeholder interactions in a professional setting.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives and deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
• Previous experience in a branding, agency, or business transformation environment is preferred.
