Role Description The Public Relations Manager is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. This role is responsible for planning and executing PR strategies that strengthen One Up Consulting’s brand, reputation, and visibility across traditional and digital channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and distributing press releases, developing key messages, managing media outreach, and coordinating interviews and press events. The Public Relations Manager will monitor media coverage, maintain relationships with journalists and industry influencers, and provide guidance on communications for internal and external stakeholders. The role also involves supporting thought leadership initiatives, preparing talking points and presentations, and ensuring consistent, inclusive communication aligned with the firm’s values and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Public Relations and Strategic Communications, with experience developing and implementing PR plans.
• Demonstrated ability to create effective Press Releases and manage Media Relations across relevant outlets.
• Excellent Communication skills, including clear writing, confident speaking, and the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences.
• Experience building brand visibility, managing reputational issues, and supporting thought leadership in professional services or consulting environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives and meet deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams, work on-site in Delhi, and engage respectfully with stakeholders at all levels.
