Job summary

Axis My India Limited is India's leading consumer data intelligence company, powering the A App with a PHYGITAL model across 5,000+ locations. This role focuses on identifying and tracking government schemes, studying demographics, and delivering accurate policy information to users.

The candidate will build and maintain a structured government schemes database and collaborate with product,operations and customer teams.

Qualifications

• Analytical with strong communication and user-centric mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Public policy, social science, economics or political science.

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze and track government schemes across healthcare, education, employment, and social welfare domains.
• Study user demographics to assess eligibility and relevance of government schemes.
• Respond to user queries with well researched, accurate and timely information.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive, structured database of government schemes and FAQ’s.
• Partner with Product, Operations and Customer engagement teams to integrate policy content.
