Key Responsibilities

• 1:1 Confidential Counseling: Provide private, individualized psychotherapy and mental health sessions tailored to professionals handling high-pressure workloads.
• Burnout & Stress Mitigation: Help team members identify early signs of chronic stress and anxiety, creating actionable coping strategies and mental recovery frameworks.
• Cognitive Load Support: Offer an objective, confidential sounding board to help individuals process high-stakes workplace challenges, performance pressure, and isolation.
