Responsibilities

• Review customer enquiries, RFQs, tender documents, and technical specifications for spare parts and service needs.
• Prepare technical/commercial proposals, quotations, and cost estimates aligned with customer requirements.
• Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Procurement, Production, and Service teams for inputs and pricing.
• Identify suitable spare parts and replacement components for cooling towers and related equipment.
• Review drawings, BOMs, datasheets, and equipment specifications.
• Prepare proposal documentation including technical compliance, scope, exclusions, and terms.
• Obtain vendor quotations and coordinate for competitive pricing and timely responses.
• Support sales teams in clarifications, technical discussions, and proposal revisions.
• Maintain proposal trackers, quotation records, and enquiry status reports.
• Ensure proposals meet deadlines and internal approval procedures.
• Support order handover to execution teams after PO receipt.
• Maintain documentation and adhere to company quality standards.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Review customer enquiries, RFQs, tender documents, and technical specifications related to spare parts and service requirements.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and cost estimates in line with customer requirements.
• Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Procurement, Production, and Service teams to obtain technical inputs and pricing.
• Identify suitable spare parts and replacement components for cooling towers and associated equipment.
• Review drawings, bills of materials (BOMs), datasheets, and equipment specifications, wherever applicable.
• Prepare proposal documentation, including technical compliance statements, scope of supply, exclusions, and commercial terms.
• Obtain vendor quotations and coordinate with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and timely responses.
• Support sales teams in customer clarifications, technical discussions, and proposal revisions.
• Maintain proposal trackers, quotation records, and enquiry status reports.
• Ensure proposals are submitted within deadlines and comply with internal approval procedures.
• Support order handover to execution teams after receipt of purchase orders.
• Maintain proper documentation and follow company procedures and quality standards.

Required Skills

Preferred Experience

• Experience coordinating with vendors, customers, and internal engineering teams.
