ViralChilly: Create | Grow | Learn, Jaipur-based, is seeking a proactive candidate to search Upwork for projects, analyze requirements, and craft tailored proposals. This full-time, on-site role is in Mansarovar, Jaipur, with a 5-day workweek.

You will lead outreach, communicate with prospects, schedule meetings, and coordinate with internal teams for estimates. Freshers with strong English and proposal skills are welcome and training is provided.

Formación

• Excellent written English and proposal writing.
• Experience with Upwork bidding is preferred.
• Basic understanding of IT services, web development or digital marketing.
• Freshers with strong communication skills may apply.

About The Job

Location: Mansarovar, Jaipur

Work Mode: Work From Office(full time)

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Salary - upto 15000 INR

Key Responsibilities

• Search and identify relevant projects on Upwork and freelancing platforms.
• Analyze project requirements and submit tailored proposals.
• Communicate with prospects and schedule meetings.
• Follow up with potential clients and maintain lead records.
• Coordinate with internal teams for project estimations and requirements.
• Generate qualified leads and contribute to business growth.

Your Daily Work Will Include

• Reading project requirements posted by potential clients.
• Identifying projects relevant to our company's services.
• Writing and submitting customized proposals.
• Following our internal process for tracking submitted applications.

• Our office is at Space 7, Sector 7, 4th Floor (Office 401), Shipra Path, Mansarovar, Jaipur - 302020.
