Job summary

ResultsCX in Bengaluru is seeking a Proposal Writer to lead the development of compelling proposal content in collaboration with sales, marketing and SMEs. You will convert complex solutions into concise value propositions and manage end-to-end proposal processes.

The role requires 3–5 years of B2B writing, strong English, advanced PowerPoint and Word skills, and the ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in creative writing, journalism, English, or related field strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of business-to-business writing experience, preferably in the BPO industry.
• English language proficiency at a B2-C1 level (strong professional written and verbal fluency)
• Multimedia writing expertise
• Advanced PowerPoint skills necessary, including layout and design
• Strong working knowledge of Word for core proposal document development
• Familiarity with proposal management/content software is a plus
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Acrobat) a plus
• Adherence to grammar and style guide standards (AP style, Chicago style, or internal style guide)
• Creative and innovative thinking ability and strong planning skills

Responsibilities

• Work with a wide range of Subject Matter Experts across various functional areas to develop written communications deployed across a variety of media
• Convert complex and varying explanations into concise and compelling value propositions and proof point articulations supporting those propositions
• Manage the overall proposal development process, including building and maintaining proposal timelines and master schedules to ensure on-time submission
• Build and maintain content library
• Analyze various business products and services to translate solutions into effective business proposals
• Produce RFI/RFP responses, finalist presentation materials, and written content for multi-media sales assets
• Serve as a quality control checkpoint, editing and refining content contributed by SMEs and other stakeholders to ensure consistency in voice, message, and quality
• Maintain version control and document organization across drafts, particularly on proposals with multiple contributors
• Operate in an extremely fast-paced and dynamic environment to collaborate with globally distributed, US-based stakeholders
• Ensure all RFI/RFP/proposal content complies with client requirements, legal standards, and internal policies
• Research industry trends, competitors, and client backgrounds to tailor proposals effectively
• Incorporate insights from win/loss reviews to improve future proposals
• Support proposal kickoff meetings to align stakeholders; coordinate internal reviews and manage feedback loops to refine content
• Support final formatting and light desktop publishing/layout cleanup on proposal documents and presentations as needed
