Job summary

Sapphirus Systems in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced Senior Proposal Writer / Lead Proposal Writer to craft high-quality, persuasive proposals for new business opportunities in the software industry. You will collaborate with Sales, Technical, and Management teams to tailor proposals and oversee the full lifecycle.

Responsibilities include developing RFPs/RFIs, authoring executive summaries, technical approaches, and case studies, and ensuring timely submissions while maintaining content

Qualifications

• Strong Proposal Writing & Technical Writing experience.
• Hands-on experience with RFP/RFI responses.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of software/enterprise solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple proposals and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
