Job summary

Talent Corner Hr Services in Pune invites a Proposal Engineer to review customer enquiries, specifications, P&IDs and URS documents, coordinate with design and engineering teams, and support cost estimation.

You will identify bought-out items, optimize designs for competitive pricing, liaise with vendors for quotations, assist sales with technical discussions, and ensure timely submission of offers and handover to project execution teams.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of P&ID reading and process flow understanding.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of AutoCAD / design tools is an advantage.
• Good communication and technical writing skills.
• Analytical approach with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple proposals simultaneously.
