Job summary

Shrirang Automation & Controls in Mumbai, India seeks a Proposal Engineer (Instrumentation) with 0-5 years experience. You will prepare technical and commercial proposals for instrumentation projects, review RFQs, tenders, specs, BOQs and P&IDs, select instruments and automation equipment, and coordinate with vendors, customers and internal teams.

Strong reading of datasheets, MS Excel proficiency and ability to cost proposals are essential.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of industrial instrumentation and automation.
• Ability to read P&IDs, datasheets and technical specifications.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and proposal costing.
• Strong communication, coordination and analytical skills.
• EPC/process industry experience will be an advantage.

Responsibilities
